Identifying the problem and making sure each party will work on the problem before moving on. The next step is brainstorming for possible solutions. Children need more time than adults to process and come up with ideas. The fourth step is choosing the best solution as a group. The last step is making sure everything is working out for everyone. The first few times you can facilitate with the children, then they can try doing it on their own.
